Changing this later does not undo anything already sent by email, downloaded in an export, or shown on a live broadcast. It also does not unlink your account from anyone who already saw your previous label alongside your account, since the underlying identifier stays the same. If you are a session speaker, your name is public regardless of this setting. Platform staff can look up your real name when they need to, and every lookup is recorded.
